Over the past 5+ years, I’ve coached and mentored people from all walks of life. I’ve seen how powerful things shift when someone finally feels safe to let go of the pressure to perform and begin the process of true healing. I’ve also witnessed the powerful domino effect of influence we have to connect and empower others through our stories.
On March 27, 2024, God spoke to me clearly about expanding this work for Athletes and Leaders who carry immense pressure but often feel alone in their struggles. God cares about your soul, not just your stats and accomplishments. He’s calling us into something deeper, leading us into devine purpose.
We’re in this journey called life together. I deeply believe nobody should battle in silence. I’m honored to walk alongside you, as we empower others along the way. This is more than coaching; it’s soul work, true recovery that lasts.
